Freight unit in invoice showing global ocean freight

Hi all
Please advice
Lc cfr USD 651802.50
Not demanding fob and freight details
If we present invoice showing
Fob Price 8.60 * quantity 26550 = USD 228330.00
And
Freight to destination port = Usd 423472.50 without Price unit freight details. (Because its calculated for day et not for quantity)
We Ask if the bank consider this invoice not compliant.

IMHO, it will depend on the l/c requirements concerning the invoice, see ISBP 745 C 8, From your sentence it seems to me Bill of lading under charter party?

Can we present invoice with fob details + a global ocean freight from laoding port to port of destination.

The LC do not mention the details fob & freight in description of goods and additiinal conditions. Its precise cfr port of destination.

Hi Pal,

a part knowing l/c details, if you have an invoice showing FOB Value + Freight and Total.... CFR port of destination the invoice is OK if said amount is permitted by the l/C.
