Hi Experts

We seek your support.

a. Documents presented with stamp COPY. However, it has the original signature of the issuer. Do we consider this presentation original?

What I understand from the document is that document is a XEROX copy of the document which had COPY stamp mentioned on it. Now, this XEROX copy has the original signature of the same issuer. will we consider this document as original though it has COPY stamp but has the original signature of the issuer?

Thanks & Regards
Dinesh Kumar

Pal,

I think it is a copy, ISBP 745 A 27 is clear, moreover some documents if photocopied resulted with a stamp copy or void.
