Inconsistent Incoterm and Port of Discharge

Dear Experts,
I have received a letter of credit that sets port of destination to Bauan, Philippines.
However, the description of goods on the same letter of credit states that incoterm is CIF Manila, Philippines.
The cargo will be shipped to Bauan in Philippines and this port is going to appear on B/L and Insurance certificate.
Will the bank raise the discrepancy even if I include the wrong mistaken incoterm as description of goods in invoice?
