Can anyone clarify treatment for documents presented after LC expiry date under following two situations....
1. Negotiating Bank covering schedule states documents to be treated as per UCP600.
2. Negotiating Bank covering schedule states documents to be treated as per URC522.

Should these documents be handled in accordance with UCP600 or URC522.?

Hello
The best way contact with the other parts
in fact when the credit expired you are not in obligation to treat the transaction normally it is finished
but in practice banks sometimes continue and handle the situation as discrepany so if you want to continue
you can indicate UCP 600
on the other hand if you choose the treat according to URC 522 you should ask to presenter ı think
if you issuing bank you look into the sending bank cover letter to find the relevant rules
I hope it is enough
other comments welcome

Dear Friend,
.
When Lc expired, presentation cannot be treated under UCP 600 because, there is no LC available.
