Marine cargo policy showing assured the beneficiary's name favour of applicant name's ..is this document in compliance with an insurance that is required to be issue to order or endorse in favor of applicant. your comments appreciate it

Hi Pal,

IMHO the document is acceptable. It gives the applicant right of claim eventual damages.
(probably new ISBP 745 K21 b refers)
