Should a beneficary's certificate be signed or not? Knowing that A3 of ISBP745 stipulates the following When a certificate, certification, declaration or statement is required by a credit,it is to be signed.

Unless otherwise mentioned in LC, a certificate must be signed by the Issuer or other person on his behalf.

it need to be signed.
Certificate, certification, Declaration need to be signed by Beneficiary. and all of them need a Date.
