Hello!

is it correct to say that any type of notation of receipt of goods on a road/ rail / inland waterways transport document must be countersigned by the carrier or their agent? im consider the following article
Any signature, stamp or notation of receipt of the goods by the carrier or agent must be identified as that of carrier or agent.

Only notation pertaining of receipt of goods , it must be signed and capacity of signing person as carrier/ agent.

Sorry, another question about this Article24 a i.indicate the name of the carrier and...If a rail transport doc. does not identify the carrier...
Isn't it contradictory to each other? :shock:
