Please can any one explain me the basic difference between fumigation certificate and Phytosanitary certificate?

Dear

Fumigation Certificate : This certificate contain treatment method, tempeture, chemical used and which date it has been taken palce,

Phytosanitary Certificate: Formal document issued by an exporting country's agricultural authorities/Govement to verify a shipment has been inspected and is free from harmful pests and plant diseases and ready for export.
This Certificate is basicaly declaration issued by concern authority after fumigation certifiate.
