Procedue Of Assignment Of Proceeds

Dear All,
Let a beneficiary named x [beneficiary of bangladesh) approaches nominated bank [bangladesh] to assign his/her proceeds to y (Bangladeshi), z(india) and w (USA). what proceedure has the nominated bank to follow to execute it.

Does the assignment relate to settlement of import liabilities? If yes, there is no problem to execute the request from the single pool at which proceeds have been retained before encashing and transferring the entitlement to ERQ as per the guidelines of Regulator.

If not, need to consult with rules whether ADs are authorized to conduct such transactions..
