incoterm for forwarder cargo receipt in sales contract

Hello.
when a letter of credit calls for a forwarder cargo receipt, which INCOTERM should we ask for. can we choose a INCOTERM other than that is selected during the sales contract between the seller and buyer.

Preferably, you can ask for FCA or EXW. But you can use other terms as well.

Firstly, please indicate whether the forwarder is as carrier or as agent of carrier.
Secondly, L/C is indenpendent of Contract between App. and Ben.
