Hello experts! Need guidance.
Lc requires charter party Bl endorsed to order of issuing bank. Bl presented by exporter to order of blank and endorsed on the back in the name of nominated bank. Does nominated bank requires to endorse in the name of issuing bank ? What are the repercussions if it doesn’t apart from a raise of discrepancy by issuing bank?! As charter party bl is not a transfer document as per my understanding! Will there be a problem in releasing of goods at POD ?

This should not be a problem in releasing the BL. However a discrepancies should be raised by issuing bank as the LC terms does not state that BL should be endorsed at the back of the BL.
