The seller from UK and the buyer from Italy
which form is correct?
DDU Harwich PORT OR DDU LASPISA PORT? or both forms are Correct ?
ALSO IS DDU TERM USED TO SHIP Goods BY SEA ONLY OR BOTH (SEA AND AIR)

Hi Pal,

DDU Incoterms 2000, for any form of transport, IMHO DDU La Spezia is more correct.
