Freight as agreed

i was having a look at a newsletter where it is said that "Freight as agreed" indicates charter party. is it similar to "freight as arranged"? and does freight as arranged means charter party. im asking beacuse i have seen freight as arranged mark on ocean bill of lading.

i found it on commerz bank this month's newsletter. here is the exact quote
How to recognise a Charter Party Bill of Lading?

The designation of a bill of lading (“bill of lading”, “liner bill of lading”) often does not immediately suggest a charter party. It is only the wording of the document that makes this clear – for example in the notes on freight costs it states:

* “Prepayable freight paid as per charter party dd. …”


* “Freight payable as per charter party dd. …”


* “Freight as agreed”
