i need to issue a LC for purchase of scrap ship LC. the buyer presented me a saleform 1993 and the LC must reflect the terms and condition of the saleform. but there are so many things on the salesform that it will require several MT701 i think. :lol: is there any way to integrate it within the LC unlike proforma invoice?

integration of any contract is discouraged
no where in UCP it is said that you cannot refer to a contract in the LC. the langualge is should rather than must. so of course you can integrate the saleform with the LC. and its not unlike proforma invoice. please note than in addition to profoma invoice, UCP also refers to contracts. also remember that to make the saleform and integral part of the LC, you must sent the saleform or its copy to the advising bank. merely putting the reference of the saleform wont make its an integral part.
