Re: Port of loading VS Place of receipt.
The situation arises due to pre printed wording in the document issued by the MTO. In such a case, the issue is acceptable as per article 19(a)(ii).

nevertheless, its a discrepancy; unfortunately.
ucp article 19a
therefore apparently it seems acceptable. but, a big but -iii. indicate the place of dispatch, taking in charge or shipment, and the place of final destination stated in the credit, even if.
a) the transport document states, in addition, a different place of dispatch, taking In charge or shipment or place of final destination, or
b) the transport document contains the indication "intended" or similar qualification in relation to the vessel, port of loading or port of discharge.

in your case the BL indicates that its a port to port BL and only one mode of transport is used. infact it should be since hongkong and ctg both are sea ports. i think the lc is wrongly written.68. If a credit requires presentation of a transport document covering transportation utilizing at least two modes of transport (multimodal or combined transport document), and if the transport document clearly shows that it covers a shipment from the place of taking in charge or port, airport or place of loading to the place of final destination mentioned in the credit, UCP 600 article 19 is applicable. In such circumstances, the transport document must not indicate that shipment or dispatch has been effected by only one mode of transport, but it may be silent regarding the modes of transport utilized.
nevertheless, its a discrepancy; unfortunately.
