Non Documentary Condition In URDG Counter Guarantee

Hello, I would like to have your advices:

if a counter guarantee subject to UEDG 758 is issued in including the following clauses, are they a non documentary conditions?

"The present counter-guarantee shall come into force on the date of issue of the guarantee by the buyer's bank".
"The present counter-guarantee shall remain valid for 15 days after the date of expiry of the guarantee issued by the buyer's bank".

Hello!

the two conditions are quite usual for a counter guarantee and are not a subject of matter of art.7 URDG 758
