Hello:
We have a bill of Lading Issued by "MINERVA LINE Ltd." in their stationary.
In the right bottom signatory portion, Minerva Line Ltd. put their stamp as carrier and signed by them.
But below their signature and stamp as a carrier, their is a pre-printed wordings as:
"(full legal title and country of incorporation of agent)
as agent, for and on behalf of Minverva Line Ltd. as
carrier under the Bill of Lading"
Although It is signed and stamped by Minerva Line Ltd. as carrier, will these preprinted wordings will cause any discrepancy.
Your valuable reply is highly appreciated.
Thanks and regards
Abdul Kader

Hi Pal,
I think that the signature supersedes the printed verbiage on bill of lading.
Other comments appreciated

The wording typed and stamped on a preprinted document will always prevail over the preprinted text without any expres 'correction of that preprinted wording
