Dear Experts,
With regard to ISBP E19(C), emphasis consideration of the earliest shipment date if the LC allows partial shipment and BLs contain different/same vessels for different journeys.
What if the LC probits partial shipment and with the situation above, which date one should consider for the calculation of the presentation period?
Also, help me to understand when we can encounter a situation where the same vessel with a different journey. Do we need to interpret that the same vessel with a different journey happens only when the port of discharge is different in each BL?
Thanks & Regards

Re: LC prohibits partial shipment - Same/different vessel with different journey
Hi Pal,
some vessel, liner, have a berth in port of loading and port of discharge connecting both in few days, so a shipment, f.i. Genoa - Algiers, may be effected in thre days, so a container may be loaded on Voyage n. 01 and a secon one on Voyage no. 2, three days later.. Today, by Internet is possible to check the status of containers, vessels etc, even not to be considered in checking documents under l/c.
Ciao
